Practical task
You will be performing inspections in the field where you look for possible falling objects and test two new checklists. In part 1 you will verify work at heights and scaffolds against the checklist “Prevent falling objects during work at heights/scaffolds” about dynamic falling objects. In part 2 you will use the checklist “Prevent falling objects: Finding objects before they fall” about static falling objects.
All findings should be documented and reported in Synergi. Identified objects should be removed/secured, if possible.
After verification, summarize together at an evening meeting/other leader meeting after the verification: How well do you feel the checklists work? Do they capture different needs and situations? Send in improvement suggestions through the form below. All input will be reviewed and taken into account in the revision of the checklists.
