Are there new topics / new content from year to year?

The learning packages follow the annual wheel. The annual wheel has four fixed topics. Each learning package has new content, so that even if the overall topic for the quarter is the same, the content (sub-theme, focus areas, films, reflection questions and other material) will be new.


When will I have access to the next learning package?

There will be a new learning package at the beginning of each quarter, i.e. 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October. Sign up for our newsletter and you will be notified when a new learning package is available. A registration form can be found on the front page of


We have no / poor internet connection – can we download the films?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download or have the films sent to you. If you are struggling with playback due to lack of / poor internet connection, we recommend using the gear icon in the video player to lower the resolution, it will make it easier to load and play the movie. In addition, it can help to open the page with the film well in advance, click play, then pause it again, so that the film has time to load before it is played. Make sure there aren’t other processes taking too much bandwidth at the same time (e.g. other downloads, updates, streaming, multiple browsers and tabs, etc.).


How do I get a copy of the answers we have submitted?

On the last page of the form, after you have answered the last question and pressed ‘Send’, you can tick the checkbox to receive a copy of the answers you have entered. Enter the e-mail address you want to send the receipt to, and feel free to save it in your HSE management system or similar, for further follow-up. If you have done this but have not received the receipt in your inbox, be sure to check the spam filter. The receipt comes from [email protected].


How is data processed in Always Safe?

BehaviorLab AS is responsible for handling all information on behalf of Always Safe and its partners. The individual company can request to export its own data. Read more about our privacy policy here.


Can we access data from our company?

Are there pictures or other resources we can use for internal promotion of the learning packages?

How do I play interactive movies?

Playing interactive movies requires an updated version of your browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari). If you do not have the opportunity to update your browser in advance of the meeting, you will also find a link to a version of the film without interactivity below the video player.


How do I play a film with audio in a Teams meeting?

To share audio from your computer in a Teams meeting, select ‘Share Content’ and check ‘Include Audio’ at the top of the sharing options box. Read more about this here.
