Learning after the job (subtitles only)

In the debrief conversation, we evaluate the job – both what went well and what can be improved next time. In this film, we look at how we can use the debrief conversation to learn about error traps and good solutions, so we can make improvements for next time, and avoid personal injuries and unwanted incidents in the future.
