  • Increasing the understanding and knowledge of risk factors in the work environment that pose a health hazard and can lead to work-related illness
  • Facilitating a good climate for expressing thoughts and opinions through active reflections and discussions
  • Strengthening our own behaviours in taking care of our own and others’ health
