The goal of the learning package is to prevent personal injuries by ensuring:

  • Good risk assessments in planning onshore and in the field to identify and manage hazards and error traps
  • Good management of activities, simultaneous operations and changes
  • Good assessments and decisions through involvement and cross-functional collaboration

The role applies to personnel who operate the facilities (offshore and onshore) and carry out the actual work. Examples: Mechanics, electricians, etc.
