This learning initiative from Equinor SSU Learning Panel aims to help ensure good frame conditions for the role of operationally responsible lifting operations described in NORSOK R-003 and R-005. Sufficient time, competence and authority are crucial for the role to function as intended. We are sharing this initiative so that others may also utilize these learnings.
