The objective of this learning initiative from Equinor SSU Learning Panel is to strengthen the understanding and emphasize the importance of blocking and/or suppressing safety systems in SAS, in a safe manner. This learning initiative is relevant for operative personnel using blocking/suppressing in their daily work, i.e., central control room operator, operation and maintenance system leaders, other relevant personnel using blocking/suppressing in field. We are sharing this initiative so that others may also utilize these learnings.
