This initiative from Equinor’s SSU Learning Panel shall contribute to learning from incidents with arc flash in the company 2020. This includes short description of relevant incidents and refer to Equinor’s internal guideline for managing arc flash hazard. The initiative is shared to make the material available for use by other companies in their work to prevent this type of incidents.
