2 To succeed, we also need to maintain good routines over time. What do we want to focus on going forward to ensure that we continue to have debrief meetings and other similar conversations?

Choose a task or job you are doing on this trip that involves «In the line of fire», work at height or another task that is relevant to you and practice using the A-standard. Write an observation card.
