The aim of trip 1 is to increase understanding of why we are introducing the discipline-specific life-saving rules. The line manager is responsible for preparation and facilitation. Call a separate meeting, or extend an existing meeting so that you have enough time to do the tasks with quality.

Every day we face dilemmas, goal conflicts, changes and other conditions that affect our work. The discipline-specific life-saving rules are designed to help us remember the most important things that must be in place to prevent serious incidents.
