Preparations for trip 2

During trip 2, an HSE trail will be conducted. In addition, the leadership teams will carry out task together with the extended management team and a self-assessment.

Preparations for the HSE trail: The platform manager and chief safety representative have primary responsibility for ensuring that the installations carry out the HSE trail. The technical manager (PRO, EL, LOG) together with the safety representative in the department are responsible for preparing their own station. First-line managers shall support the technical departments in preparing the stations.
