Film: Identifying and reporting potential dropped objects

To prevent dropped objects, we need to identify and report conditions that can lead to dropped objects, and actively look for potential dropped objects in our surroundings. In this film, we take a look at how weaknesses in design and structure can contribute to dropped objects, and how we can work to prevent it.
