Questions for reflection

Trip 2: Experience transfer and practical task:

Discuss in the team how you can transfer your experiences from Trip 1 in the debrief meeting:

1 How did we experience practicing the conversation at the workplace and the use of the pocket card on Trip 1?

2 To succeed, we must also maintain good routines over time. What do we want to focus on in the future to ensure good quality in conversation at the workplace and other similar conversations (e.g. debrief meeting)?

Choose a job involving “Line of fire” and practice having a good debrief meeting. Write an observation card.

Open and download the guide below with more information about the practical task.
