To prevent personal injuries we need everyone to identify risks and find hazards - always. Both during job execution and when in transit to and from the work site. In this film, the panel discuss hazards in the field and how we can become better at handling them.
You will now perform a practical task in the field regarding risk identification in two specific jobs.
Walk the route to/from the work site. Follow observation technique guidelines to identify hazards in the line of fire.
Fill out the form below and deliver the risk identification report to local management on board, who will follow up on trip two.
